We own and develop real estate and companies across the Nordic region within the light industrial, logistics, residential, office, retail, and data centre sectors.
We want to shape a better future and smile while doing it. Our starting point is real assets, but what we do at Areim is about our quest to leave something better behind for future generations, nurturing our relationships and making sure we deliver good returns to our investors. We want to build the best possible company, and that starts with great people who work in an environment that allow creativity and professional growth.

- Support the organisation in questions regarding building standards and environmental certifications as well as of reuse of building materials and circular economy.
- Be responsible for the process of defining and monitoring net zero paths for Areim AB, our funds and assets.
- Lead projects with different sustainability focuses in line with our strategy to optimize the use of what is already built, including activities to reduce carbon emissions through energy efficiency, renewable energy and circularity, biodiversity and social context.
- Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in sustainable construction.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with strong communication skills who can effectively interact with both team members and other parts of the organisation. You have project management abilities and a strong analytical mindset that enables you to handle data and make valuable insights. Curiosity and a background in the real estate industry are essential. If you are a team-oriented individual who thrives on being a positive and engaged force in a dynamic work environment, this could be the right role for you!

To succeed in this role we believe you have:
- A problem-solving unpretentious approach and a team-player spirit.
