The position
As an Investment Analyst, you are a team member focused on supporting the team with foundational tasks. You assist in market and property research, data collection and basic analysis. You will gain hands-on experience with the investment processes and build foundational knowledge in financial modeling and market dynamics. You primarily support team members in their daily activities, contributing to the team’s efficiency and output. Specific work tasks include:

• Conduct market and property research to support investment decisions;

• Gather and analyze data on market trends and dynamics;

• Assist in preparing investment memos and presentation materials;

• Assist in due diligence processes;

• Support the development of financial models and analyses.

The position is located at our Copenhagen Office in Shellhuset, neighboring Vesterport St. The workload is approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your academic activities.

About you
Ideally, you are beginning your MSc programme this summer, in relevant fields such as economics, finance and/or business. We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and characteristics:

• You are ambitious and reliable, possess a positive mindset and you are capable of independent problem solving;

• You are interested in real estate, and have a flair for numbers;

• You have experience with Excel, specifically with financial modelling;

• You have experience with PowerPoint, specifically with presenting complex analytical results in an easy-to-understand manner;

• You have a strong interest in applying/using AI to improve your workstreams;

• Fluent in English and Danish, both verbal and written (understanding other Nordic languages is a plus).
