About the role
We are looking for a new colleague to join our Finance team in a broad, hands-on position supporting our Fund Controllers. The team is responsible for a broad scope within real estate fund operations including reporting, analysing the financial performance of our real estate investments, fund administration, and liquidity planning. In this role, you will collaborate closely with several Fund Controllers and contribute to both daily administrative tasks and ongoing financial processes. Your responsibilities will span across financial reporting, compilation of tenant information within the Funds, KYC procedures, banking administration, as well as follow-up together with our Asset Managers.
This is a highly versatile role that combines operational, detail-oriented work with more analytical responsibilities. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on increasingly advanced tasks and develop a solid foundation for a future career within fund controlling.
What you will do
- Provide day-to-day administrative and financial support to Fund Controllers
- Manage the start of new companies, including the process for setting up bank accounts, and participate in KYC questionnaires
- Assist with banking administration, including payment setups and user access management.
- Gather, structure and monitor financial data, ensuring accurate information flow across the organisation
- Support various reporting processes, including investor and fund reporting
- Contribute to budgeting and business planning activities
- Drive digitalisation and efficiency improvements by shifting manual processes into streamlined solutions.
- Perform ad hoc analyses, investigations and data-driven follow-ups
- Assist in providing supporting documentation for our external accounting firms and for auditors
Qualifications and suitable background
- University degree (preferably MSc) in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, ideally within real estate, fund structures or financial administration.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft 365, specifically in Excel and Word
- Strong communication abilities in both English and Swedish, encompassing both written and verbal skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles is required
