Investment Intern
In an internship at Areim, you will be part of a driven and dynamic team working on exciting real estate investments across the Nordic region. We provide opportunities to gain hands-on experience in market research and analysis in connection with investment underwriting, deal-sourcing, due diligence and much more. You will also gain experience in how to apply sustainability perspectives into financial investment decision processes.

About the Role
As an intern, you will have the chance to:
Collaborate with experienced professionals on a diverse range of real estate investments across various sectors, such as residential, data centres, and light industrial and get exposure to the private equity industry.
Contribute to key parts of the investment process, including investment underwriting, financial modelling, market research and due diligence.
Contribute to defined workstreams, developing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
We are open to hiring part-time or full-time interns, depending on your preferences. Please indicate your preferred arrangement in your application. The internship will start early in the autumn of 2026.
The internship will take place at our Stockholm office, as we believe that human interaction is the foundation for a learning and value-creating experience.
Qualifications
A true team player with curiosity and a willingness to learn.
Analytical person with a high capacity of structuring data and workstreams
Have a strong interest in learning about the private equity industry with a focus on real assets
Fluent in Swedish and English
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Enrolled in your third year of a Bachelor’s program or pursuing Master’s studies.
