We are now looking for a Management Associate, who will work with Erika and Therese, contributing directly to the Management Team’s initiatives and operational excellence.
Role Description
The Management Associate is a high-exposure, operational role, designed for a proactive, analytical, and execution-oriented person who enjoys a fast-paced environment where business meets purpose. You will work in close support of Areim’s two Co-Managing Partners, and senior leadership, contributing to both operational and selected strategic matters. You will play a key role in creating structure, coordination, and follow-through in the day-to-day work close to key decision points.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain deep insight in the business operations of a leading Nordic real asset investment manager. The Management Associate works with the Co-Managing Partners to support execution and prioritization across the organization, ensuring that initiatives move forward efficiently and that collaboration between stakeholders works smoothly. The role combines structured project coordination with hands-on support, including planning, follow-up, and coordination around Management and Partner Group meetings, KPI reporting, presentation and material production, always with the aim of enabling leadership to prioritize and focus on the right topics.
The role is based in Stockholm, at our head office on the top floor of Regeringsgatan 30.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Support & Execution: Structure and support the Managing Partners’ day-to-day work, including prioritization, agenda planning, and follow-up on critical initiatives. Act as a central point of coordination for leadership priorities, ensuring alignment and follow-through across the organization
Leadership Coordination: Facilitate leadership team processes, meetings, and offsites, ensuring effective preparation, documentation, and follow-through. Enable leadership to focus on high-impact topics by managing workflows and help removing operational bottlenecks
Communication & Documentation: Ensure clear, concise communication and documentation of decisions, actions, and next steps. Improve processes and ways of working to strengthen collaboration and efficiency
Stakeholder Coordination: Act as a central coordination point across internal and external stakeholders, and support ad hoc needs in the fast-paced environment at Areim
Your Profile
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field
Entry-level to 1–3 years of experience, including internships or relevant roles in consulting, operations, or project coordination
Strong organizational, prioritization, and project coordination skills
Builds relationships quickly, communicates clearly, and preferable has experience working across stakeholders and senior profiles
Curious with high integrity, attention to detail, and enjoys solving problems
You have an interest in business operations and development, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges
Pragmatic, collaborative, and comfortable supporting both routine and complex tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication abilities in both English and Swedish, encompassing both written and verbal skills
