Areim is an independent Nordic fund manager, connecting capital, real assets, and expertise. Headquartered in Stockholm, with offices in Copenhagen, Helsinki, Oslo, and London, Areim has invested in real assets since 2003, across sectors including light industrial, data centre, office, logistics, and residential. The firm employs over 100 people and manages assets totalling EUR 5 billion.

We are now looking to add a talented individual to our Investment team in Stockholm. In this role, you will be responsible for executing specific tasks within broader projects and transactions. You would be expected to demonstrate a growing understanding of the real estate market, offer insights and solutions that support team ambitions while progressively taking on more responsibility.

Your role will include but not be limited to:

• Working on smaller, self-contained workstreams within broader projects and transactions. 

• Conduct research, analyses and due diligence on potential investments, including site visits and inspections. 

• Build and maintain financial models to evaluate property performance and returns. 

• Prepare investment committee memos and presentation materials. 

• Support deal execution by coordinating project activities and contributing to timely delivery. 

We are looking for someone with:

• A minimum of 1-3 years’ of experience from corporate finance, real estate finance, M&A or consultancy.

• Experience working with valuation and financial modelling of companies and assets.

• A team player with a business-driven mind set.

• Excellent communication abilities in both English and Swedish, encompassing both written and verbal skills

• A curious and tech-savvy mindset, with an interest in AI
